Governor Lt Gen Shri Gurmit Singh (Retd.) has extended greetings to the people of the state, especially the Muslim community, on the occasion of Eid-e-Milad/ Milad-ul-Nabi Barawafat. In his message, the Governor said that Prophet Hazrat Mohammad Sahib had taught to walk on the path of compassion, love and harmony. These lessons are necessary for all to lead a good life. The Governor appealed to everyone to celebrate the festival with love and brotherhood along with following the Corona guidelines.
