16-09-2021:Governor congratulates Vishwakarma Jayanti

The Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General (Retired) Shri Gurmit Singh has extended greetings to the people of the state on Vishwakarma Jayanti.
In his message, the Governor said that Lord Vishwakarma is the deity of crafts and creation. He is also considered a great civil engineer. His birth anniversary underlines the importance of creation in society. He has particularly congratulated all the people associated with construction, craft, creation and engineering and technology on the occasion. He has expressed hope that this festival would bring happiness and prosperity in the lives of the people of the state.
