12-01-2022 : Governor has greeted all the people of the state, specially the Punjabis, on the occasion of Lohri.

Uttarakhand Governor Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd) has greeted all the people of the state, specially the Punjabis, on the occasion of Lohri.

On the eve of the festival, the Governor said in his message that festivals bring joy, enthusiasm and freshness into our lives. “They make the social environment pleasing and full of positivity,” he said.

The Governor said that for progress and harmony in the state and the country, we must always ensure that we celebrate our festivals together and nurture and cherish them.
