While congratulating all the citizens of the state on ‘Ram Navami’, the Governor of Uttarakhand, Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) has said-

“The auspicious occasion of Ram Navami inspires us to participate in the establishment of an ideal society by following the path shown by Maryada Purushottam Lord Ram, the symbol of highest moral and social values like charity, sacrifice, love, compassion.”
