    Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed State Information Commissioner Mr. Yogesh Bhatt, at Raj Bhawan on Wednesday.

    Many dignitaries were present for the ceremony, including Chief Information Commissioner Mr. Anil Chandra Punetha, State Information Commissioner Mr. Vivek Sharma, Mayor Mr. Sunil Uniyal Gama, Chief Secretary Dr. S. S. Sandhu, DGP Shri Ashok Kumar, Secretary Shri Vinod Kumar Suman along with Mr. Vipin Chandra and Mr. Arjun Singh.
