Under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), New Delhi, the Uttarakhand State Legal Services Authority, Nainital is organizing the North Zone Regional Conference in Dehradun. In this connection, a cultural evening and state banquet were hosted at Lok Bhavan on Saturday in honor of the delegates.
During the cultural evening, artists presented captivating performances based on the rich folk culture of Uttarakhand, which enthralled the distinguished guests present at the event.
Earlier, the Governor, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd), met the Chief Justice of India, Justice Surya Kant, on a courtesy visit at Lok Bhavan and welcomed him on his arrival.
The event was attended by Hon’ble judges of the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, and Uttarakhand High Court, Nainital, along with judges from various High Courts of North India, cabinet ministers, and senior government officials.
