Chairperson of Uttarakhand Other Backward Classes Commission Dr Kalpana Saini called on Governor Smt. Baby Rani Maurya on Wednesday at Rajbhawan. Dr Kalpana Saini presented the annual report of commission to Governor Smt. Maurya.

On the occasion Governor Smt. Maurya said that Uttarakhand Other Backward Classes Commission is playing a very important part in identifying socially and educationally backward classes along with understanding and solving their problems and challenges. Collective efforts are required for the welfare and development of the socially and educationally backward classes.
