Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.), has expressed deep sorrow over the sudden demise of Shri Girija Shankar Joshi, District Information Officer, Nainital.

The Governor prayed for the peace of the departed soul and conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. He prayed to the Almighty to grant the family strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss.
