Governor of Uttarakhand Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.) held a courtesy meeting with Dr. Swami Bhupendra Giri Ji, Peethadheeshwar of Bhagwan Giri Ashram Siddh Peeth, Rishikesh and Punjab, at Lok Bhavan on Tuesday.

During the meeting, the Governor and Swami Bhupendra Giri Ji discussed various spiritual, social and cultural issues, including the role of the saint tradition in society and initiatives aimed at public welfare. Dr. Swami Bhupendra Giri Ji also apprised the Governor of the spiritual and social activities being undertaken by Bhagwan Giri Ashram Siddh Peeth.

Sarpanch of Jalal Usman, Sardar Gurpreet Singh, was also present on the occasion.
