Governor Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.) paid a courtesy meeting with Secretary, Department of Sainik Welfare, Uttarakhand, Shri Yugal Kishore Pant, at Lok Bhavan on Monday.

During the meeting, the Governor discussed matters related to the welfare of serving soldiers, ex-servicemen, and their dependents. He also sought information from the Secretary regarding various welfare schemes and initiatives being undertaken for the armed forces community.
