The Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.), met the Vice-Chancellor of Kumaun University, Prof. Diwan S. Rawat, during a courtesy call at Lok Bhavan on Tuesday.

During the meeting, the Governor was briefed on the university’s academic activities, research initiatives, innovation, and various contemporary issues related to higher education. On the occasion, the Vice-Chancellor also presented the Governor with a coffee table book showcasing the university’s achievements and innovation initiatives.
