The Governor, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.), today presented the coffee table book “Floral Alchemy”, based on Vasantotsav 2026, to the Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu, at President’s Retreat (Rashtrapati Niketan), Dehradun.

The book showcases Uttarakhand’s rich floral diversity, natural beauty, and captivating glimpses of the annual Vasantotsav held at Lok Bhavan. On this occasion, the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Pushkar Singh Dhami, was also present.
