The Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh, has expressed grief over the demise of Mrs. Bhagwati Devi Saklani, wife of the late freedom fighter Vishweshwar Dutt Saklani, who was widely known as the “Tree Man.” She was also the mother of Mr. Santosh Swaroop Saklani, Protocol Officer serving at Lok Bhavan.

The Governor prayed for the peace of the departed soul and conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family during this difficult time.
