Governor Pays Obeisance at Gurudwara Sahib and Prays for Peace and Prosperity of the State

Hon’ble Governor Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.) offered prayers at Naina Devi Temple in Nainital on Monday. The Governor prayed for peace, prosperity, happiness, and well-being of the state.

Following his visit to the temple, the Governor visited the Gurudwara Sahib in Nainital, where he paid obeisance and offered prayers. During the visit, he also reviewed the arrangements and facilities at the Gurudwara.

On the occasion, the Governor said that visiting Maa Naina Devi Temple fills him with a unique sense of spiritual energy and inner peace. He stated that every visit to the temple brings him divine blessings and a deep sense of spiritual fulfillment.

The Governor further said that the Gurudwara Sahib situated near Naini Lake is widely known for its spiritual ambience and scenic beauty. He remarked that visiting these sacred places fills his soul with positive energy and provides renewed spiritual inspiration.

He added that religious and spiritual places offer a profound sense of faith, positivity, and inner satisfaction.
