Governor Extends Greetings on the Auspicious Occasion of Maha Shivaratri

Governor Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.) has extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri.

In his message issued on the eve of the festival, the Governor said that Maha Shivaratri is one of the most sacred and significant festivals of Indian culture. He stated that the festival inspires people to follow the path of truth, compassion and dedication to duty.

The Governor prayed to Lord Shiva to bless the people of Uttarakhand with happiness, peace, prosperity and good health. He also expressed his wish that the State continues to move forward steadily on the path of progress and development.
