22-11-2025:Governor and Chief Minister participated in a programme organised during the Administrative Officers’ Conference held at Raj Bhawan.

Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd.) and Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in a programme organised during the Administrative Officers’ Conference held at Raj Bhawan. Chief Secretary Shri Anand Bardhan, along with all senior and young officers of the Indian Administrative Service serving in the state, were present at the conference.

In his address, the Governor said that every officer plays a crucial role in building a developed Uttarakhand. He urged all officers to ensure active and responsible participation for the holistic development of the state and the effective implementation of public welfare schemes.

The Governor appreciated the efforts of the officers toward the state’s development and said that their dedicated work is helping fulfil public expectations and guiding Uttarakhand’s progress in a positive direction. He added that the spirit of public service, work culture, and administrative efficiency will lead Uttarakhand to new heights.

The Governor emphasised that achieving the goal of a developed Uttarakhand requires teamwork, collective resolve, transparency, innovation, and complete dedication to service. He said that teamwork is the greatest strength of progress, and this very spirit will help Uttarakhand emerge as one of the leading states in the country.

After the programme, the Governor hosted a dinner in honour of all the officers.
