23-10-2025:Governor met with Mrs. Bharti, Director of the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun

Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd.) met with Mrs. Bharti, Director of the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun, at Raj Bhawan on Thursday.

During the meeting, Mrs. Bharti apprised the Governor of the various training programmes conducted by the Academy and its initiatives related to environmental conservation.

The Governor appreciated the efforts of the Academy and emphasized the need to promote innovations in the fields of forest conservation and climate balance. He also underlined the importance of spreading public awareness on these vital issues.
