11-08-2025 : Deputy Director General, National Informatics Centre (NIC) Shri IPS Sethi paying a courtesy call on the Governor.

On Monday, the Governor of Uttarakhand, Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd), met with Shri I.P.S. Sethi, Deputy Director General of the National Informatics Centre (NIC), at Raj Bhawan. Shri I.P.S. Sethi apprised the Governor of various projects being undertaken by the Centre and the efforts to strengthen governance and administration through the use of information technology.

The Governor commended these initiatives and emphasised the importance of leveraging digital technologies in Uttarakhand to make governance and public service delivery more transparent, accessible, and efficient.

State Informatics Officer Dr Sanjay Gupta was also present on the occasion.
