    On his arrival in Uttarakhand, President Shri Ram Nath Kovind was welcomed by Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) on Saturday at Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun. Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, Mayor Dehradun Shri Sunil Uniyal Gama, GOC Major General Sanjeev Khatri, Commissioner Garhwal Shri Sushil Kumar, DIG Garhwal Shri KS Nagniyal were also present on the occasion.
