    The Governor of Uttarakhand, Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) administered the oath of office to the newly elected senior member of the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Banshidhar Bhagat, at 10:00 a.m. today at Raj Bhawan.
    On this occasion Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, Chief Secretary Dr. SS Sandhu, Principal Secretary Shri Anand Vardhan, Secretary to Governor, Dr. Ranjit Kumar Sinha were also present.
