21-03-2022:The request letter for the formation of the new cabinet under the leadership of Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami was submitted to the Governor.

Rajbhawan, Dehradun, 21 March, 2022

President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri Madan Kaushik, along with the newly elected leader of the Legislature Party, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, met the Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) at Raj Bhawan today and apprised that Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami has been elected new leader of the legislature. The BJP State President handed over the request letter to the Governor for the formation of the new cabinet under the leadership of Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami.

Accepting the request letter of the BJP State President, Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) has decided to administer the oath of office and secrecy to the nominated Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami as the Chief Minister.
