President Shri Ram Nath Kovind remembered former President Late Pranab Mukherjee and paid floral tribute him at Uttarakhand Raj Bhawan. On the occasion, the Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd) and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also paid floral tribute to former President Late Pranab Mukherjee.
