04-09-2021:Governor participated in ” The Great Indian Woman Award ” programme in New Delhi

Governor Smt Baby Rani Maurya participated in ” The Great Indian Woman Award ” programme in New Delhi on Saturday. While addressing the event Governor Smt Maurya said that women awarded in the programme achieved success through hard work and efforts. Hopefully, these women will contribute in multidimensional development of the country in future also.

Governor Smt Maurya said that organising such programme is appreciable. Women have contributed in the social and economical development of the country always.

Indian Women have unique identity because of their courageous spirit. A woman starts her hard work from the home. In last few years, various revolutionary changes took place in the area of health , education, entrepreneurship and economics of the country. Society has accepted the capabilities of women today.

Governor said we all need to work for betterment of the women. Indian culture should be introduced to the girls of New generation. Woman empowerment is the social, political, economical,

Spiritual empowerment of the women. Equality for women should be ensured by all. Empowered and successful women should also work in this regard.

Governor said that if Indian Women get opportunities they will achieve success in every field. Governor said that under the leadership of Prime minister shri Narendra Modi country is moving on the path of development.

Governor said that entire world is trying to achieve sustainable development goals by 2030. Indians have also responsibilities to implement woman empowerment programmes.
