30-11-2025:Former Governor of Jammu & Kashmir arrived at Raj Bhawan Dehradun on the evening of 28 November during his visit to Uttarakhand

Former Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri N. N. Vohra, arrived at Raj Bhawan Dehradun on the evening of 28 November during his visit to Uttarakhand, where he was warmly received by the Governor, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.). During the interaction, he reminisced about his tenure in Srinagar and shared his experiences. Various important issues related to governance, administration, policy matters, and national security were discussed in detail.

On the morning of 29 November, the former Governor offered prayers at Rajpragneshwar Mahadev Temple located in the Raj Bhawan premises. He also visited the Yoga Centre, Raja Bhagirath Garden, Nakshatra Vatika, Bonsai Garden and other attractions within the Raj Bhawan campus. During the visit, he appreciated the lush green environment, natural beauty and grandeur of Uttarakhand. He remarked that the naming of herbal gardens and other spaces after revered sages and spiritual figures reflects the respect Raj Bhawan holds for the saints and great personalities of the country, and serves as an inspiration to imbibe their values and ideals.
