30-09-2021:Governor paid homage to Guru Nanak Dev on the Jyoti Jot Diwas of Adi Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism.

Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd.) paid homage to Guru Nanak Dev on the Jyoti Jot Diwas of Adi Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism. He said that Guru Nanak Dev Ji, got involved along with his body into the divine light on this day. This day is celebrated as Jot Divas across the country with full faith and devotion every year on the 10th day of Shradh Paksha by the Sikh community.
