30-08-2025:Governor of Uttarakhand Meets Governor of Uttar Pradesh; Interacts with Girl Students of Vidya Bharati

The Governor of Uttarakhand, Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd), paid a visit to Raj Bhawan, Lucknow, where he met the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Smt. Anandiben Patel. The two dignitaries engaged in a constructive dialogue on strengthening cooperation between the states in key areas including education, health, tourism, and public welfare.

On this occasion, girl students from schools associated with Vidya Bharati also had the privilege of meeting the Governor of Uttarakhand. Addressing the students, he underlined the pivotal role of youth in shaping the future of the nation. He urged them to embrace discipline, diligence, values, and positive thinking as guiding principles in life.

The Governor further highlighted that institutions like Vidya Bharati not only provide quality education but also focus on character-building, which he described as an invaluable service to society and the nation.
