The Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.), today received Mr. Parvinder Singh, President of the Uttar Pradesh Sikh Gurdwara Coordination Committee, for a courtesy meeting at Lok Bhavan.

During the meeting, the two held meaningful and positive discussions on various contemporary issues concerning the Sikh community. They also exchanged views on the Sikh tradition of selfless service, social harmony, national unity, and various aspects related to public welfare. The discussion also highlighted the Sikh community’s historic contributions and its significant role in nation-building.
