    Jai Hind!

Respected saints, office bearers of Himalayan Ashram Satkhol, dear brothers and sisters, students, and farmer friends present here,

It gives me immense pleasure to be present today at Himalayan Ashram Satkhol, nestled in this serene, sacred, and nature-filled environment. I express my heartfelt gratitude to the Ashram family for this opportunity.

The land of Uttarakhand has, for centuries, been a beacon of spiritual practice, self-reflection, and human welfare. The Himalayas are not merely a range of mountains; they symbolize a consciousness that inspires us to undertake an inward journey. Situated in such an environment, this Ashram is not only a center for meditation and spiritual practice but is also carrying out inspiring work for the holistic development of society.

By participating in today’s meditation session, I too had a unique and enriching experience. In our daily lives, we are surrounded by numerous responsibilities, challenges, and busy schedules. In such times, it becomes essential to take out a few moments for ourselves, connect with our inner peace, and calm our minds. Meditation provides us with exactly this opportunity.

I recall that some time ago, I had the opportunity to visit the global headquarters of Heartfulness in Hyderabad. There, I witnessed firsthand how efforts are being made to bring positive transformation to the lives of millions through meditation, spiritual growth, and human values. The vast campus, disciplined environment, and above all, the sense of peace and contentment visible on the faces of the people there deeply impressed me.

During that visit, I realized that spirituality is not confined to any one place, community, or tradition. It is a universal human need. Whether one is a student, a farmer, a young person, an administrative officer, or a member of any other section of society, every individual seeks balance, clarity, and inner strength in life. Meditation can serve as an effective means toward achieving these goals.

Today, being present in Satkhol evokes the same feeling within me. Here, the natural energy of the Himalayas, the tranquil atmosphere of the Ashram, and the tradition of spiritual practice together create an environment that helps individuals connect with their true selves.

I am particularly pleased to learn that the Ashram’s activities are not limited to meditation and spiritual pursuits but also extend to the empowerment of children and farmers.

I was especially delighted to know that initiatives such as the “Brighter Minds” programme for children and the cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants for farmers are being undertaken here. This is a highly commendable effort. The future of any society depends upon the talent of its children and the prosperity of its farmers. When we invest positively in both these areas, the foundation of development becomes even stronger.

We all know that science and technology have given a new direction to life in the modern age. However, alongside these advancements, the need for mental balance, self-discipline, and inner peace has become greater than ever before. Meditation helps individuals connect with themselves. It provides an opportunity to look within, balance one’s thoughts, and develop a positive outlook toward life.

Today, I also had the opportunity to participate in the meditation session along with all of you. It was a deeply pleasant experience that brought inner peace and tranquility. I firmly believe that when a person’s mind is calm, they are better able to fulfill their responsibilities toward their family, society, and nation.

In the context of Uttarakhand as well, we must maintain a balance between development and environmental conservation, modernity and tradition, and material progress and spiritual values. Our culture has always taught us that along with external achievements, inner enrichment is equally important.

I appreciate the public welfare and spiritual initiatives being undertaken by Himalayan Ashram Satkhol. I am confident that in the years to come, this Ashram will continue to serve as a medium for bringing positive transformation to many more lives.

In conclusion, I offer my respectful greetings and best wishes to Pujya Daaji Ji and congratulate all members of the Ashram family for their excellent work.

I wish all of you good health, happiness, peace, and prosperity.

    Jai Hind! Jai Uttarakhand!
