16-12-2022:Governor inaugurates the silver jubilee celebrations of Nirmal Ashram Deepmala School by lighting the auspicious lamp of light.

Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) was Chief guest for the silver jubilee celebrations of Nirmal Ashram Deepmala School at Rishikesh, Shyampur. He released the annual magazine of the school ‘Rajat Prabha’, felicitated students who had excelled in different streams and teachers who served beyond the call of duty.

In his address, the Governor commended the school for its methodology of tutoring the young children to enable them to be world citizens. Nirmal Ashram organization offers an invaluable contribution in the field of education and social work. His motivational guidance to the children prompted them to be positive, empathetic and imbibe qualities like simplicity, kindness and humility in life. Parents only give birth, Gurus teach us and prepare us for future leadership by educating us and instilling confidence.

In lieu of the silver jubilee milestone of the school, Principal Lalitha Krishna Swamy gave a brief description of the achievements over the past two and half decades. Sant Baba Jodh Singh, Mahant Baba Ram Singh, school children and their guardians were present at the programme.
