The Governor felicitated Sneh Rana by presenting a memento and draping a shawl over her shoulders. Extending his heartfelt congratulations to the Indian Women’s Cricket Team for their remarkable victory, the Governor said that this achievement is a moment of immense pride not only for the nation but also for the entire state of Uttarakhand.
