On the auspicious occasion of the Prakash Parv of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, a three-day Akhand Path commenced at Lok Bhavan on Saturday. Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.), First Lady Smt. Gurmeet Kaur, along with officers and employees of Lok Bhavan, participated in the sacred ceremony with devotion and reverence and received prasad.

On the occasion, the Governor paid obeisance before the holy Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and prayed for the happiness, prosperity, well-being and peace of the people of Uttarakhand.
