President Shri Ram Nath Kovind planted Rudraksha sapling at the lawn of Raj Bhawan, Uttarakhand on Saturday. The Governor of Uttarakhand, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd) and Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami were also present on the occasion.
