10-06-2022: Gentlemen cadets commissioned from the I.M.A. in the Assam Regiment held talks with the Governor at Raj Bhawan.

Governor Lt.  Gen. (Retd.) Gurmit Singh interacted with the Gentlemen Cadets commissioned in the Assam Regiment from the Indian Military Academy at Raj Bhawan on Friday and inquired about their well being. While conveying his best wishes to the Gentlemen Cadets, the Governor wished them good luck for their bright future and shared his experiences related to the Assam Regiment. He said that the Assam Regiment is the best regiment. Gentlemen Cadets will get to learn a lot from this.

Governor said during the talks with the Gentlemen Cadets that those who work hard never lose. We get to learn a lot from our elders. Respect for elders will show your discipline. He said that the Assam Regiment has always taught hard work and true service to the country.
