The Governor, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd), delivered his address at the Budget Session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly held at Bhararisain (Gairsain) on Monday.

The proceedings of the Assembly session were attended by the Chief Minister, Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami; Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Smt. Ritu Khanduri Bhushan; Leader of the Opposition, Shri Yashpal Arya; along with other members of the Assembly.
