Lt Gen D. S. Rana, Commander-in-Chief of the Andaman & Nicobar Command and Colonel of the Regiment, Garhwal Rifles & Garhwal Scouts, called on Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand, Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd), at Raj Bhawan today.

Lt Gen Rana briefed the Hon’ble Governor on strategic perspectives, while also reflecting on the welfare of ex-servicemen and civil-military coordination. Discussions also touched upon the rich legacy and contributions of the Garhwal Rifles, in his role as Colonel of the Regiment.
