Hon’ble Governor Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd.) was called on by Dr. Shivendra Kumar Kashyap, the newly appointed Vice Chancellor of Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, at Lok Bhawan today.

The Governor extended his best wishes to Dr. Kashyap on assuming his new responsibility and expressed confidence that under his leadership, the university will achieve greater heights in the fields of education, research, and innovation.
