Governor Extends Heartfelt Greetings and Best Wishes to the People of the State on the Auspicious Occasion of Holi

The Governor, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd), has extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Holi.

In his message, the Governor said that the festival of colours, Holi, is a symbol of India’s rich cultural heritage and traditions. He stated that the festival strengthens the spirit of mutual love, harmony, and brotherhood in society, while reinforcing national unity and integrity.

The Governor further said that on this occasion, everyone should forget mutual differences and bitterness, and promote the spirit of love, goodwill, and cooperation. He also urged people to celebrate the festival in a safe and responsible manner. He expressed his hope that this joyous festival brings happiness, prosperity, and well-being to everyone’s lives.
