The Governor Smt. Baby Rani Maurya addressed the House on the first day of the budget session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly held in Bhararisain (Gairsain) on Monday. Chief Minister Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat, Assembly Speaker Shri Premchand Agrawal, Ministers and MLAs were present on the occasion.
